A chance for me to get to know you and discover how we can best work together to support you on your journey towards better health. I will discuss your intake forms, evaluate your nutritional status and begin designing a wellness program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Before coming to the initial appointment, you must fill out the intake form, which I will emial you after appointment confirmation. Initial appointments are 60 minutes in length.

Follow-up Session – $35
Maintenance sessions are designed to adapt the program to meet your dynamic needs. Checking in and reevaluating previous goals is an important step to recognizing achievements and being aware of aspects that need more attention. As the healing process progresses, changes are necessary to propel your transformation forward. Follow-up sessions are on average 35 minutes.
